Course Outline

Social media is now an essential part of the marketing mix. If you're not already using Social Media to connect with customers and generate traffic to your site you’ll soon be dropping down Google’s rankings and losing business. This course will do more than tell you how to set up your social media profiles and pages; we will show you how and why to use social networks to engage with your customers, raise your visibility online, build your brand and increase sales.

We will provide hands-on, practical tuition together with theory, case studies and strategy tips on why and where to use blogs and social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+ to make the biggest impact for you. During this 3-day course you will discover the possible pitfalls of using Social Media, learn appropriate Netiquette (Internet etiquette), as well as looking at examples of how to best spread your message.

Delivery method

The course is a 3 day fully trainer led course. To help reduce the effect on your business of losing a member of staff for 3 days, this course runs 1 day a week over 3 weeks. Delegates then have the time needed to absorb and implement the information gained during these intensive training days.
